Job Description

We place an emphasis on client education and positive workplace culture. We are searching for individuals with active listening skills and positive, confident personalities to add to our dedicated team. Your desire and skills to enhance our team is of interest to us. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greeting all clients promptly & warmly with a smile Work as a team, treating clients, patients and colleagues with respect and kindness Accurately recording medical records, medications & logs Answering phones and making follow-up calls & appointment reminder calls Scheduling appointments Invoicing clients & processing payments Maintaining a clean & efficient workplace
Qualifications:
Experience is not required, but enthusiasm is! High school diploma or GED Excellent reading, writing & communications skills Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills Time management skills Attention to detail
