Licensed Insurance Customer Service

We are a locally owned and operated Allstate agency in Defiance, Ohio, and we're looking for a motivated Licensed Customer Service Professional to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time, in-person position based in our Defiance office. You'll deliver outstanding customer service while helping grow the agency through cross-selling and building strong, long-term relationships in the Defiance community. You will use your insurance knowledge to educate customers, offer the right Allstate products, and provide trusted advice that protects families and assets.

Salary Range:

Strong customer service orientation with an interest in sales (previous customer service or sales experience preferred) Confident, self-motivated individual who works well independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, follow through, and consistently follow up Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service on every call, walk-in, email, and in-person interaction Cross-sell Allstate products to existing customers to better meet their protection needs Help protect customers by recommending the right Allstate coverages Educate customers on how to protect their families, homes, vehicles, and assets Serve the Defiance community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Follow up with customers to ensure they have the coverage they need and maintain positive, long-term relationships
