DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers contract holder inquiries via phone and/ or email Makes clear detailed notes in system concerning contract holder inquiries Works closely with Claims Payment, and Contract Administration departments to obtain information to assist the contract holder Explain procedures to contract holders including but not limited to: How to begin a claim; current claim status and/ or explain address requests; processes requests; for reprints of confirmation letters

QUALIFICATIONS
