Description Veterinary Client Service Representative Riverside Drive Animal Care Center Full-time:
4-10-hour shifts, occasional Saturday (half-day) Dublin, OH About You You'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing end-to-end care for our precious patients. Riverside Drive Animal Care Center is looking for a Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. About The Hospital At Riverside Drive Animal Care Center, a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner, you'll feel the warmth and openness of a small clinic, while having the opportunity and support of a united network. We are a busy 7-doctor practice in Dublin, Ohio. We are proud to be AAHA and feline friendly certified. Our practice has served as a full-service veterinary medical facility for cats and dogs for more than 25 years. In addition to our core offerings, we provide advanced services such as laparoscopic procedures, acupuncture, stem cell therapy, endoscopy, and specialized geriatric care to support the long-term health and comfort of our patients. Your Experience & Skills Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting required Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of veterinary services, including vaccines, preventions, and prescription processes (or willingness to learn quickly) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving You're Willing And Able To Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments, provide accurate information, and triage calls appropriately Greet clients and patients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience Maintain clear, compassionate, and effective communication with clients, veterinarians, and team members Educate clients on basic veterinary topics, including vaccines, parasite prevention, and online pharmacy use Accurately enter and update client and patient information in the practice management system Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions Assist with prescription requests and coordinate with the online pharmacy platform Support workflow by relaying messages and ensuring timely follow-up with clients Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and front desk area at all times Monitor and restock retail products, including tracking food inventory counts Ensure client-facing areas reflect clinic standards for cleanliness and professionalism You'll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
