Job Description

Sixth City Innovations is hiring an AT&T Customer Support Associate to represent AT&T telecommunications services in the Cleveland area. This entry-level customer service position focuses on assisting customers with wireless plans, internet services, and connected technology solutions while providing exceptional face-to-face customer support. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level customer service jobs, retail customer service roles, telecommunications careers, or sales support positions .
