Handle incoming customer calls, orders, and inquiries Enter and process orders in SAP accurately and promptly Communicate important information with customers and sales teams Coordinate shipments, including job-site deliveries Ensure orders are shipped and billed correctly Handle customer complaints, returns, and return authorizations Enter job quotes provided by sales representatives Coordinate with credit, accounting, inventory, purchasing, traffic, and other departments Ship materials from multiple warehouses throughout the U.S. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and team members Assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements:
