Job Description
Overview We are an up and coming vapor company looking for a dedicated and optimistic Customer Service Representative! In this position, you will be the face of our store front that customers rely on to help them with all their vape needs, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will need to have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various customer questions effectively. We thrive on knowledge in order to give every single customer the experience and information they need to make the proper purchase. Duties Selling vape and vape related products. Product inventory input. Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed, as well as deposits. Keeping a clean and presentable store. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Speak with managers to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. Promote sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service daily. Transportation to and from work.
