About Us Bodey Insurance has provided comprehensive insurance and risk management services since 1955. As an independent agency, we shop several carriers on our clients' behalf to find them the best coverage and value. Office hours are 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. The Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person who is eager to learn and to build relationships with clients and coworkers. This is a hybrid role split between our two offices: 800 Croghan St, Fremont, OH 43420 and 5505 Tiffin Ave, Castalia, OH 44824. You'll be trained directly by the office manager, starting with the basics of agency work and growing into more complex responsibilities. Licensing You must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 6 months of hire. Bodey pays for your P&C licensing course and exam. Already licensed is a plus. An Average Day

• Greeting walk-in clients and making them feel welcome
• Answering calls and sending detailed messages to CSRs and agents through our agency management system
• Processing certificates of insurance for commercial clients
• Receiving and processing payments and answering billing questions
• Handling incoming mail
• Guiding clients through claims and paperwork
• Helping quote and verify coverage for new and existing clients
• Keeping agency files and call logs current in our paperless system Qualifications
• Customer service experience required; office administration experience preferred
• Willing to work at both the Fremont and Castalia offices, with reliable transportation
• Able to earn a P&C license within 6 months of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail. Clients trust us with their most valued possessions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing, polite, professional communicator
• 2 years insurance servicing experience preferred; bachelor's degree preferred Benefits
