Job Description

Style Crest is seeking a customer-focused Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team in Fremont, Ohio. In this role, you'll be at the center of processing and resolving HVAC product warranty claims. You ll work across multiple systems and departments to ensure timely and accurate warranty support, often requiring thoughtful problem-solving. Responsibilities Receive, analyze, and process HVAC warranty claims in line with company policies. Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email to resolve warranty issues and inquiries. Work directly with vendors, warehouses, and service teams to ensure claim accuracy and prompt resolution. Maintain and update information in various systems (including AS400 and manufacturer platforms). Support documentation, reporting, and special programs like OEM-installed A/C services. Handle multiple systems and data sources while juggling multiple tasks daily. Assist with claim denials, part returns, system edits, and training customers on electronic claims. Tackle tough conversations with empathy and professionalism. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required; Associate s or Bachelor s Degree preferred. Prior experience in an administrative or customer support role is required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Comfortable learning new systems and products quickly; AS400 and MS Office experience preferred. Epicor, Prophet21 experience is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. A hands-on learner who s ready to jump in and figure things out. Professional demeanor with the ability to sell over the phone and work well in a team environment.
