We're looking for a customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented Part Time Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and support of our daily office operations.
Responsibilities :
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficiently Prepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with order-related inquiries Support sales and customer service efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services including uniforms and equipment Provide accurate uniform sizing, fittings, and measurements for vests and uniforms Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock Maintain and update product pricing and information within NetSuite Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping Maintain confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalism Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as assigned
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and team members Professional verbal and written communication abilities Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment Basic mathematical and data-entry skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with NetSuite ERP software Experience in the automotive parts, emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet, or public safety equipment industry Previous customer service, administrative, and retail experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds
Compensation and Benefits :
Starting at $20/hour Part-Time/non-exempt Ongoing training and career growth opportunities
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 8:00 am 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate customer needs and ensure appropriate coverage during staff absences
