• What You'll Do As an Insurance Verifier, you'll play a key role in our office operations, helping patients navigate their insurance benefits and ensuring accurate billing.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for new and existing patients. Communicating with insurance companies to confirm eligibility and resolve discrepancies. Accurately entering and updating patient insurance information in our system. Assisting the billing team with claims submissions and follow-ups. Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries related to insurance. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth office operations and patient satisfaction. Experience:
