Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Heritage Truck Equipment - Hartville, Ohio Heritage Truck Equipment is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with a company that has experienced steady growth for over 20 years. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers-helping them with warranty and parts support, resolving technical questions, and ensuring a high level of service across every interaction. What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to parts, service, and warranty claims Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Manage and track warranty claims from start to resolution with accuracy and timeliness Respond to a high volume of emails and service cases in a professional manner Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns Maintain organized and accurate records related to parts, service, and warranty Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and accountability Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures What We're Looking For No prior industry experience required-just a strong willingness to learn Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems High attention to detail and ability to input information accurately Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Reliable with a proven attendance record Work collaboratively with the team to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities.
