Are you a customer service rock-star who thrives on building lasting relationships? Eco is looking for a passionate Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is more than just answering calls; it's about being the welcoming voice of our company, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer feels heard and appreciated. If you bring a positive attitude and a drive to deliver 7-star service, we'd love to have you on our team! Shift Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm - $20/hr Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - $19/hr What You'll Do Be the welcoming voice of Eco by serving as the first point of contact for every client. Schedule service appointments with accuracy and care, while creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships built on trust and exceptional service. Handle client information with precision while entering data accurately, managing communication through phone, chat, and email, and ensuring every interaction reflects your commitment to quality and consistency. Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals. Take full ownership of the customer journey by following up on appointments, responding to client feedback and reviews, and proactively ensuring each customer's satisfaction from beginning to end. Thrive in a supportive team environment where your ideas are encouraged and your contributions make a real impact. What You'll Bring 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to clearly and professionally convey information across phone, chat, and email. Strong ability to accurately enter and manage client information, track appointments, and follow up on tasks with precision. Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital communication tools to streamline workflow and enhance the customer experience. Comfortable using CRM software and scheduling tools. Friendly, approachable, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to representing Eco's values in every client interaction.
