Position Overview We are seeking a professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications. This role supports appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and service coordination while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups Schedule consultations and manage appointment calendars Document customer interactions and update records accurately Provide general information about services and scheduling Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when needed Support communication between customers and internal teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in call center, customer service, or administrative roles preferred Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills Comfortable managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently Basic computer skills, including email and data entry Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
