Endocrine Specialists, PC is currently seeking a Call Center Associate who will be a friendly and helpful first contact for patients, pharmacies, and anyone else who may call our office. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient needs at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient requirements, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide viable solutions or alternatives. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Facilitate medication distribution. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments. Respond to messages and address voicemails promptly. Order laboratory tests as needed. Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel as required Skills Strong customer service background Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity of basic computing and internet navigation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively, and stay organized High school diploma Benefits PTO accrual begins after 90 days of employment Health, vision, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance available 401K with matching
