Job Description
Boxout is a Northeast Ohio company with over 72 years of success supporting healthcare and medical practices nationwide. As an essential business, we provide critical products and service solutions that customers rely on every day. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Hudson, OH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. The shift is Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Key Responsibilities Provide professional, timely customer support via phone, email, and internal systems Process and enter customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively Support key accounts, including managing calls, tickets, and follow-up activities Handle a high volume of requests while maintaining quality and responsiveness Qualifications 1+ year of customer service, call center, or order entry experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient with basic computer systems (CRM or order systems a plus) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay + monthly bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Onsite fitness center, personal training, and wellness programs Walking trail and modern work environment Paid time for charity participation Why Join Boxout?
