Salary Range:

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Hands on Training Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Property and Casualty License is preferred (be able to obtain in 30 days) Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Process customer policy change requests. Work independently and as part of a team. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone. Handle customer renewals.
