Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Coffee and Office Snacks Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Insurance license obtained in 30 days Responsibilities Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Take premium payments from customers. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Develop and maintain client relationships. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems. Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
