We work closely with local businesses to create solutions that help them look professional and succeed. We're looking for a Customer Account Representative who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to learn. Prior print or print shop experience is not required — we're confident in our ability to train the right person. This is a great position to get your foot in the door for a role in the printing industry. We are seeking someone with a great attitude and character that can adapt into the position. Organization & Job Management Accurately enter and manage customer orders Track job progress and follow up with customers on status and completion Quoting & Order Support Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and ensure accuracy Work closely with production and design team members to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time What We're Looking For Great Attitude & Willingness to Learn Open to training, feedback, and growing into the role Strong Organizational Skills Able to manage multiple jobs at once while staying detail-focused Customer-Focused Mindset Enjoys helping people and solving problems Communication Skills Clear, friendly written and verbal communication Reliability & Accountability Shows up on time, follows through, and takes pride in their work Nice to Have (But Not Required): Customer service experience Sales or account support experience Experience in printing, design, or promotional products
