Job Summary Bespoke Wealth Advisory Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services® LLC . is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team and elevate the client experience. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient account management, and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and support the growth of our client portfolio.   • Prepare correspondence for advisor signature
  • Track all client and practice materials including business correspondence
  • Follow-up with home office on related issues
  • Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/ forms for appointments
  • Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items
  • Assist the planning assistant, paraplanner, associate financial advisors and advisors
  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisors Client care 40%
  • Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
  • Set up and maintain client management system
  • Write email or letters to clients and administer client appreciation
  • Answering and documenting client contacts/calls
  • Track client special events and make appropriate contact per established client contact model Key Traits of a

  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and Ameriprise
  • Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice
Education and Other Designations:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles
SIE, FINRA
Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance License (or desire to obtain)
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
