We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support our advisors and help deliver outstanding client experience. Position Summary The Client Service Associate serves as a key member of our team by supporting client relationships, managing administrative and operational tasks, and assisting with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service. Essential Responsibilities Client Service & Operations Provide exceptional service to prospective and existing clients by phone, email, video conference, and in person. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and maintain advisor calendars. Process account paperwork, transfers, distributions, and other client service requests accurately and efficiently. Open and maintain client accounts while ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. Prepare client correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Maintain accurate records and client information within the firm's CRM system. Track pending items and proactively follow through to completion. Support daily branch operations and administrative functions. Marketing & Business Development Assist with the creation and distribution of client communications, newsletters, and marketing materials. Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, and community outreach activities. Assist with social media, website updates, and digital marketing efforts in accordance with compliance requirements. Support prospecting and business development initiatives. Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all client-facing communications. Qualifications

Required:
Ability to successfully complete and pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam within eight (8) weeks of employment. Candidates should be prepared to dedicate personal study time to satisfy this licensing requirement.
• Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience in financial services, banking, client service, hospitality, marketing, or an administrative support role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms is a plus.
