As the face of our hotel, you will deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest. Courtyard is designed for business and leisure travelers alike, and our team plays a key role in ensuring every stay is productive, relaxed, and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet guests and provide a positive first impression of the hotel Perform accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls using proper etiquette Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Promote Marriott services, including the Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Attention to detail and professionalism required Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Schedule Part-time (approximately 1-3 shifts per week) Benefits Competitive hourly pay Marriott Explore Rate hotel discounts Flexible scheduling Positive and team-focused work environment About Courtyard by Marriott Courtyard by Marriott offers a refreshing environment designed to help guests stay connected, productive, and comfortable.
