  • Full-time Full Job Description The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the service department.
This role serves as the first point of contact for service customers, handling incoming inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records within the company CRM system. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the service department by coordinating technicians, managing service communications, and supporting customer retention through maintenance agreements and follow-up engagement. Job Duties Answer incoming customer calls and route them to appropriate departments Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide updates regarding service appointments, repairs, and scheduling Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and service completion Schedule generator service appointments efficiently and accurately Assist with technician routing and service capacity planning Coordinate repair scheduling for incoming parts and service needs Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems daily Maintain organized and current customer profiles and service records Update Mobile Link system with newly installed customers Track service history, warranties, and maintenance agreements Employee Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Company-paid Life insurance (9) Company paid holidays Paid time off 401(K) w/ company match Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM
