Qualifications & Skills:
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact license) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required Proven ability to manage critical patients and respond effectively in high-pressure situations BLS and ACLS certifications current and in good standing Strong communication and organizational abilities Ready to adapt quickly to evolving care protocols and a new environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a dynamic ICU setting Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, promptly recognizing changes Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Support and educate patients' families during their healthcare journey Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards
