This role includes creating and updating listings, answering product questions, assisting with online orders, helping customers find the right items, and supporting the sales team with a positive and professional customer experience. Duties Create and update product listings on the company website and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other sales channels. Upload and organize product photos, manuals, and other listing assets. Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, SKU numbers. Assist with adding new products and keeping discontinued or out-of-stock items updated. Provide excellent client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Work with the sales, service, and shipping teams to make sure product information and customer communication are accurate. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone. Assist in cash handling when necessary, ensuring accurate transactions. Learn product lines and improve knowledge of vacuum cleaners, parts, accessories, and floor care products. Requirements No experience is necessary. Will train. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Able to work every other Saturday. Have some computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable transportation. Comfortable using websites, email, spreadsheets, and order systems Experience with BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms is helpful.
