Guest Service Representative

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality management while delivering exceptional guest services. •Must be able to work weekends Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and special requests. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times. Requirements Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
