We are currently hiring a Customer Experience Representative - AT&T Fiber to support residential outreach and customer education across Ohio. In this role, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, and help individuals make informed decisions about their connectivity options. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and creating positive customer experiences in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative - AT&T Fiber Engage directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services Educate customers on available internet, connectivity, and service options Assist customers with service selection and account setup Build trust through professional and customer-focused communication Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments Collaborate with fellow Customer Experience Representatives to improve customer satisfaction and outreach performance Meet outreach and customer engagement goals while maintaining a positive customer experience Represent the AT&T Fiber brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications for the Customer Experience Representative Role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude Active listening and problem-solving abilities Organized, dependable, and self-motivated work style Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Previous customer service, sales, retail, or outreach experience is a plus but not required Why Join Next Horizon?
