We care for everything from dogs and cats to horses, cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs, but what makes our hospital special is the relationships we build with the people who trust us with their animals. We're looking for someone whose enthusiasm is contagious . Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, connects easily with pet parents, and understands that exceptional client service is about much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. What You'll Do Welcome clients and patients with warmth, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm. Build relationships with pet parents and create an experience that makes them feel valued and cared for. Answer phones, schedule appointments, monitor email, texting, and prescription requests and help clients understand our services and what to expect. Listen to client concerns and help make veterinary care feel accessible, approachable, and compassionate. Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, technicians, and the rest of our team. Help clients navigate questions about services, fees, and next steps with empathy and without judgment. Help create the positive, community-focused experience our hospital is known for. Represent our hospital professionally and help us continue building our strong reputation in our local community. Support the team with hospital duties as needed, such as patient restraint. You might be a great fit if you... Love people just as much as you love animals. Are naturally warm, outgoing, and approachable. Bring positive energy wherever you go.
