This role requires strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. Candidates should be capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with associates, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing outbound orders Print outbound paperwork, shipping labels, and any additional required documents, ensuring they are ready and available for the dispatch team for scheduling Verify order accuracy, including paperwork and labels. Communicate professionally and positively with associates and customers, both verbally and in writing. Assist with answering phones Maintain an organized desk area with accessible information for associates and customers

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, including tasks such as adding/deleting rows, copying/pasting, formatting, and filtering Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness Basic math skills, ability to read & write Outstanding attendance Ability to work cooperatively with others Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
