At Sun Valley Auto Repair, we're growing and looking for a Service Advisor to help lead the customer experience and keep our shop running smoothly.

Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you are the central hub of our daily operations. You'll help keep the shop organized, ensure clear communication between customers and technicians, and guide each customer through their service experience with confidence and professionalism. You'll be the key connection between our customers and technicians helping people understand their vehicle and make confident decisions without pressure.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and assist with scheduling and vehicle check-in. Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally. Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians. Manage appointments and keep the day running smoothly. Provide updates and ensure strong communication throughout the repair process. Help deliver an exceptional, transparent customer experience every time.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday No weekends Consistent schedule with strong emphasis on reliability and punctuality.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Automotive experience is preferred. Understanding parts and terminology makes this role much easier to step into-but if you're interested in cars and eager to learn, we're willing to train the right person. Experience in customer service, sales, or service advising is a plus.

Additional Information:
90-day introductory period. Bonus eligibility begins after introductory period. Employment is at-will. Confidentiality and professionalism are required in handling customer and business information.
