Job Description

Minimum Experience:
Scheduling or customer service experience preferred.
Education:
College degree preferred.
Required Skills:
Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office helpful), excellent verbal and written communication, extreme attention to detail and accuracy, reliability and accountability, adaptable problem-solving, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Salary Range:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience. Core Responsibilities Logistics & Scheduling — schedule estimates and inspections, and clearly communicate arrival windows to homeowners. Team Collaboration — provide consistent support to the sales team, customers, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly. Lead Generation — continually find ways to accommodate customer needs, improve the overall customer experience, and help grow Newman Roofing's brand awareness. Billing — assist customers with payments and answer any questions related to billing with professionalism and care. A breakdown of day-to-day activities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming voice of Newman Roofing, guiding homeowners through their journey, supporting our team behind the scenes, and helping ensure every interaction reflects the care our company represents. Your day will include answering incoming calls and emails, scheduling estimates and inspections, communicating arrival windows to homeowners, supporting the sales and office teams, processing customer payments, and answering billing questions — all delivered with the white-glove care our company has stood behind since 1992. A strong candidate has the following skills and qualifications Experience — Scheduling or customer service experience preferred. Education — College degree preferred. Technology — Strong technology skills; experience with Microsoft Office is helpful. Detail-Oriented — Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Responsibility — Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through. Communication — Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Growth-Oriented — Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a long-standing family business. Flexible Thinking — Adaptable problem-solver who can pivot when priorities shift.
Pay:
