Responsibilities Greet and engage customers to create a friendly and inviting store atmosphere. Assist customers by providing information about promotions, loyalty programs, and store offerings. Process all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. Stock, tag, and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain store standards. Communicate the buying and selling process clearly to customers. Support overall store operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs). Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
