What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our production floor-keeping communication clear, timelines on track, and customers happy.
You will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems Manage and track customer orders through manufacturing and fulfillment Coordinate with internal teams (production, QA, shipping, sales) to ensure smooth execution Proactively communicate updates, timelines, and changes Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate records, order notes, and documentation What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who's done this before and is ready to hit the ground running.
You have:
