Job Description

SUMMARY We are currently hiring cashiers and customer service representatives starting at $15 an hour! Successful applicants will have some previous Retail/cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, Fridays, and at least 1 weekend day: Saturday or Sunday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
for Customer Service Representatives include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when a return specialist is not available. Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts. Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise. Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales. Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise. Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customers in carrying larger items to their vehicle. Answers customer's questions and offers assistance or direction. Greets customers when they enter the store and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store. Understands, applies, and follows performance standards as written. Contributes to a positive workplace environment. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years' recent experience as a cashier or in customer service or equivalent cash management experience.
