Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) SAP systems. Support client services by resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences. Requirements Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. SAP software Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and customer service best practices. Knowledge of sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in typing and data entry tasks.
