We provide residential and commercial moving services with a strong focus on professionalism, communication, and customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to help support our daily operations and customers. Position Overview This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the moving process while supporting the operations team with scheduling, confirmations, problem-solving, and communication. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and emails Schedule and reschedule moving jobs Confirm customer inventory and scope of work prior to moves Handle customer concerns and service-related issues professionally Assist with claims handling and post-move follow-up Coordinate with dispatch and operations staff regarding schedules and logistics Maintain accurate job notes and customer information within company systems Follow up with customers regarding move details, updates, and confirmations Help ensure jobs are executed accurately and efficiently Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Dependable and accountable Previous customer service, office, dispatch, logistics, or call center experience preferred Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus Performance Expectations This role is performance-driven.
