We are looking for a Collections Specialist. Our representatives handle outbound calls while examining each person's financial situation. We negotiate and set up payment arrangements according to the individual situations .

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Contact consumers informing them they have delinquent accounts
• Negotiate the best possible payment arrangement. The process involves reviewing account information in the collection software system, and asking questions of the consumer to better understand perceived obstacles to payment
• Document all communications
• Maintain call quality and productivity measures
• Maintain a positive, problem solving approach and encourage collaborative relationships within a team environment

$16.00 per hour Scheduled increases at 30 days, 90 days and 180 days when these milestones are met.
