Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to determine service needs Provide detailed explanations of repair procedures, estimates, and available parts options Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine diagnostics, shocks & struts replacement, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Manage service writing and auto estimating processes accurately, documenting all work orders and customer interactions Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to answer customer questions confidently Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience with vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, brake repair, tire service, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs Ability to upsell services effectively while ensuring customer trust and satisfaction Knowledge of auto estimating software and service writing practices is advantageous Familiarity with automotive repair specialties such as diesel engines, air brakes, shocks & struts is a plus Cash handling experience combined with a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and salesJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive care!
