Entry-Level Customer Service Agent Jaro Transportation Services, Inc. Jaro Transportation Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Customer Service Agent to join our growing transportation team. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a long-term career in the logistics and trucking industry. The successful candidate will assist with customer communication, shipment updates, driver support, and daily operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, pickup and delivery updates, and general inquiries Provide professional and timely customer support via phone and email Assist dispatch and operations teams with daily administrative tasks Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in company systems Monitor freight movement and communicate delays or service issues when necessary Work with drivers and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations Maintain organized records and documentation Build positive relationships with customers and team members
