• Responsibilities:
• + Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically + Greet and assist customers who walk-in for orders + Communicate with customers + Assist and resolve customer requests and/or problems in a prompt and professional manner (i.

e. logistics, inventory adjustments, etc.)

+ Maintain and distribute product literature

+ Assist in warehouse as needed (forklift experience a plus)

+ Additional duties may be required
