Are you looking for a job with flexible summer hours? Rupp Seeds has openings for inside sales representatives in our sales and customer service department. Your work will include entering and processing sales orders, responding to product and order status questions, resolving reported issues and completing other related tasks. In this position, you will also help customers select vegetable varieties that meet their specific produce marketing needs. Product training will be provided. Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service. Possessing a basic knowledge of vegetable gardening and plants, or an understanding of farming practices is considered a plus. Applicants need to be friendly, have excellent people skills, good listening skills, a desire to be helpful, and an ability to work in a seasonal, fast-paced environment. They need to be able to use a personal computer, software and the internet. This is an hourly position, and occasional seasonal overtime may be necessary. Rupp Seeds is a family-owned seed company which markets leading vegetable seed products to professional growers throughout North America.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
