Santmyer Companies is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to help shape the way customers and visitors experience our company. This is a hands-on opportunity to serve customers directly, welcome guests at our Wooster headquarters, and help guide and develop our customer service team. What You'll Do Create a warm, professional first impression for customers calling our office and visitors arriving at our front desk. Answer questions, coordinate orders and service requests, solve problems, and follow through until customers have what they need. Work with teammates across the company to make customer interactions simple, responsive, and positive. Lead by example and help coach, support, and develop our existing customer service team. Help improve how we communicate, serve customers, and organize our day-to-day work. Use technology and business systems to keep information accurate and customer requests moving. You take initiative, stay organized, and follow through on commitments. You can balance a busy phone line, customer needs, and occasional front-desk visitors. Customer-facing experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants from hospitality, banking, retail, office administration, and other service-oriented backgrounds.
