Job Overview The Client Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience by providing personalized service, individualized attention, and ongoing support to each client. Serving as a key liaison between clients and financial advisors, this position helps foster strong, long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and professionalism. The Client Associate is instrumental in ensuring that advisors can effectively leverage their time by managing client service requests, coordinating administrative and operational activities, and proactively addressing client needs. This role requires a high level of customer service excellence, organization, and attention to detail. The Client Associate utilizes strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to confidently respond to client inquiries, provide accurate information, and educate clients on products, services, and processes. By anticipating needs, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a client-focused approach, the Client Associate helps ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout every stage of the client relationship. The position demands professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate, and effective service while supporting the overall goals and success of the advisory team. Preferred but not Required. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or something related. 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
