Customer Service Representative Reports to:Office Supervisor Supervises:
None Function:
As a healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls Duties & Responsibilities Deal directly with clients, patients and others either by telephone, electronically, or face to face Ensuring client and patient satisfaction while promptly assisting them with issues/concerns Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve client and patient satisfaction Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. Provide pricing and delivery information Process orders, forms, applications and requests. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Responsible for attendance at in office meetings and completion of annual online training Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by management Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of administrative proceduresKey Competencies Preferred:
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel Communication skills - verbal and written including interpersonal and listening skills Problem analysis and problem-solving Attention to detail and accuracy Adaptability Physical Demands Sitting, standing, walking, in office Operation of office machinery and computer Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral visionJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
