In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — managing communications, scheduling jobs, processing payments, and keeping our records sharp. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner Manage job booking and scheduling to ensure efficient field operations Provide attentive customer support and resolve issues with professionalism Process invoices and handle transactions accurately Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience including inbound/outbound calls Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with scheduling software, CRM tools, and general computer systems Ability to quickly learn product and service knowledge to support customer inquiries Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns effectively

Pay:

$14.00-$20.00/hr
