Customer Service Associate

Hardware Operating Company is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is at the front line of our store, helping customers find the right products, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, and willing to learn. You'll assist customers with projects, maintain a clean and organized store, and help keep shelves stocked and ready for business. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork and strong work ethic matter.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers with product selection and project advice Assist customers with carry-outs and loading merchandise Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain store appearance Keep front counters clean and presentable Follow company policies on returns, safety, and daily operations Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Ability to work on your feet and lift merchandise as needed Must be able to lift and carry merchandise (50+ lbs at times) Willingness to learn hardware products and systems Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts, including Saturdays Team player with good communication skills
