Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from existing customers Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction Update account information and maintain accurate records Recommend and sell services to inbound leads Assist with administrative tasks, survey management, and outgoing mail Process payments and support daily office operations Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred) Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone conversations Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus Detail-oriented with excellent time management Friendly, confident communicator with a team, first attitude

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$16

•20/hour depending on experience

Schedule:
