Full Job Description Customer Service & Parts Counter Associate Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone and at the counter Enter and process customer orders Perform data entry and general office duties Look up products and parts in the computer system Provide pricing and order information Coordinate with warehouse employees to complete orders

Requirements:

Office, administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills and accurate data entry Comfortable handling multiple calls and tasks Professional and dependable Automotive experience or parts knowledge is a plus Willingness to learn products and parts
