Salary Range:

$2,600.00

• $2,700.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Available after 90 days Mental Health Day provided once a month

Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License. If you do not currently hold these licenses, our agency will provide the tools and guidance to help you obtain them. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the required state licensing exams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients. Ability to successfully pass a background check (as required by Farmers Insurance and state regulations). 90-

Day Probationary Period:

No vacation or leave days may be used during the first 90 days of employment. This includes the monthly Mental Health Day, which becomes available after the probationary period. Responsibilities Answering Phones and making sure all Voicemails are listened to from overnights or weekends Consulting with customers Taking payments Scheduling appointments Looking for cross sale opportunities Ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
