In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and sales. You will handle a variety of tasks, from answering inquiries to coordinating service appointments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle needs and concerns Provide detailed information about automotive services, repairs, and maintenance options Assist customers in scheduling appointments for oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, transmission repairs, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, auto body repairs, and other automotive diagnostics Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency Manage auto estimating and service writing to ensure accurate documentation of work orders and repair details Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent cash handling procedures Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to coordinate service timelines and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Experience Proven dealership experience or background in automotive service management is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, wheel alignments, suspension systems, tire servicing, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repair Experience with automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Sales experience related to automobile sales or upselling automotive services is advantageous Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience will be considered a strong asset Join us in delivering top-tier customer experiences by combining your automotive expertise with your passion for helping people!
